Man of steel is directed by Zack Snyder, who is known for
his work in 300, Dawn of the dead and Watchmen. He is known for fantasy/superhero
genre movies. Story written by Christopher Nolan and David Goyer. That is
evident in the movie for its dark shade. Christopher Nolan is also one of the producers
of this movie; expectations were sky high for this reboot of the Superman
Series.
This Superman movie is lot better and bigger than all the
previous series and also darker in storyline. Story begins with Krypton
episode. Lot of graphics and production done with perfection and origin of
superman told in a convincing manner. The battle at the earth was jaw dropping
and some super stunts will amaze you. Climax action sequences with special
effects were superb.
Henry Cavill as new superman did his job perfectly. Micheal
Shannon as General Zod steals the show. Russel Crow appears as the father of
superman had nothing to do much. All the other actors did their part well.The movie excelled in the special effect department,
unbelievable sequences right from the beginning. Production, costumes and art
department complimented well. This the best work of Zack snyder apart from 300.
As always Hans Zimmer delivers super BGM’s.
In the Era of Super hero movies, Man of steel stand out for
its simple and interesting storyline and stunning visual effects, with neat
performances from lead cast. Wait for the sequels.

Verdict: it’s Superfun!!!
It is always entertaining and fun to watch, it just isn’t as epic or dramatic as I thought it was going to be. Good review.
