Man of steel is directed by Zack Snyder, who is known for his work in 300, Dawn of the dead and Watchmen. He is known for fantasy/superhero genre movies. Story written by Christopher Nolan and David Goyer. That is evident in the movie for its dark shade. Christopher Nolan is also one of the producers of this movie; expectations were sky high for this reboot of the Superman Series. 

This Superman movie is lot better and bigger than all the previous series and also darker in storyline. Story begins with Krypton episode. Lot of graphics and production done with perfection and origin of superman told in a convincing manner. The battle at the earth was jaw dropping and some super stunts will amaze you. Climax action sequences with special effects were superb.

Henry Cavill as new superman did his job perfectly. Micheal Shannon as General Zod steals the show. Russel Crow appears as the father of superman had nothing to do much. All the other actors did their part well.The movie excelled in the special effect department, unbelievable sequences right from the beginning. Production, costumes and art department complimented well. This the best work of Zack snyder apart from 300. As always Hans Zimmer delivers super BGM’s.

In the Era of Super hero movies, Man of steel stand out for its simple and interesting storyline and stunning visual effects, with neat performances from lead cast. Wait for the sequels.

THE LONE RANGER – ENGLISH MOVIE REVIEW (2013)

Underrated Adventure!!!

The Lone Ranger is a Hollywood movie released in 2013, directed by Gore Vebrinski  who earlier directed much famous The Pirates of the Caribbean series and animated movie Rango. His teaming up with Johny Depp always produced good movies and he proves it again with this action adventure movie.

The lone Ranger is based on the radio series of the same name and it is produced by the veteran Jerry bruckemier and director himself. Movie opened to a very negative reviews from almost all the critics and it is considered as commercial failure in the box office. 

The movie deals with the conflicts between outlaws , the native Indians and thecorporates. It also deals with the emotional connection and sacrifice. Screen play treated humor and drama and some breath taking action sequences. The first half of the movie deals with plot development and some humor in it and towards climax filled with action.

Johny Depp steals the show and Carried the movie on his shoulder, other star cast did well. Top notch Cinematography made this movie a good one time watch. There was splendid graphics and special Kudos to the production department. They recreated the sets of 19^th century United States. Back ground score by Hans Zimmer was outstanding.

WORLD WAR Z - ENGLISH MOVIE REVIEW (2013)

BREATH TAKING EXPERIENCE!!!

World war Z is directed by talented Mark Forster who earlier directed Quantum of solace. This time he delivers big time. This is a Zombie invasion movie, but not a regular cliched Zombie movie. The perfect use of technology with a interesting screenplay can do wonders and Mark Forster proves that with this movie

You will be in edge of your seat from the beginning. And the sequences of zombies attacking moves with super speed. There are many sequences which will amaze you, the Israel episode, the attack inside the airplane and the climax was awesome. 

Superb performance from lead cast Brad pitt, Mirellie, James badge and Mathew fox. And the actor who performed as infected zombies. Special kudos to the camera man and the special effect department. The back ground score was apt. 

Producers were planning sequels to the film and yes we would love to see more of zombies like this. If you missed this in theaters then grab a DVD and enjoy!!!

LAUGH WITH ALIENS!!!

This is the end is Hollywood movie directed by Seth Rogen which is a spoof and satire comedy with backdrop of alien invasion. We have seen hundred times about aliens invading earth. But this movie not that clichéd genre based movie. Screenplay is treated in very different manner. Most of the chrecter are appeared as fictional charecters of themselves. Not only that they take didg at themselves too in satirical way.

Alien invasion dealt with comedy, but this movie is not suitable for children and for family audience since it contains loads of adult comedy. This is a treat for who likes adult comedy.

What makes this movie watchable is the screenplay, dialogues which makes you laugh. But graphics not uo to the mark, but you wont mind it because of the comic situations and it’s a spoof too. BGM was apt and camera work was ok.
